About Provscope
Who founded Provscope, why it exists, and how we turn EU product regulation into evidence-based supply chain data.
Provscope is a compliance platform for manufacturers and importers selling into the EU. We do not summarise regulation; we help companies answer “what applies to my product, and when” with supply chain data that can be proven.
Our story
Provscope Yazılım Ltd. Şti. was founded in Ankara, Türkiye in July 2023. The founders come from manufacturing, product data and supply chain planning, and saw the same problem from different sides: EU rules such as CBAM and the Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation ask a producer to declare data that sits with its suppliers, several tiers away.
Regulatory texts are public. What is missing is the link between a legal obligation and a specific product, its bill of materials and the suppliers who hold the data. Consultants can build that link once. It has to be rebuilt for every shipment, every product group and every regulatory change, and repeated work is a job for software.
Our mission
Evidence-based supply chain data. Every value in a passport or a CBAM report should carry its source (an invoice, a measurement report, a plant declaration) and its verification status. A producer’s place in the EU market increasingly depends on being able to document what it says.
How we work
Regulation as data
Dates and obligations live in one structured data layer, not scattered across pages. When a date changes, it is updated once and stays consistent everywhere.
We say what we do not know
Dates that are not final are labelled as indicative, with the reason. We never present an uncertain date as fixed.

Every obligation is linked to the regulation it comes from, down to the article where possible, so you can verify it yourself.
